Order conditions

• As regrettably we do not keep all models of the loudspeakers on stock, we typically process all the orders at the end of the month. However, in case you want your order to be processed immediately, just let us know by sending us the email. We have no problem to do so, but extra fees for component delivery from other countries will be charged. This condition does not apply in cases when your order amount exceeds €250 without VAT. In this case, we bare this cost for you!
• After receiving your order, we will send you the invoice to pay. After paying this invoice, your order becomes valid and we start working on the delivery as soon as possible
• Delivery time after paying the invoice is maximally four weeks. To discuss or negotiate delivery time by your concrete order, you can contact us anytime
• In the price of loudspeakers, delivery and packaging costs are not included. These will be charged extra, but only in case your order amount does not exceed €250 without VAT. In this case, we bare the costs for you
• “Our Price” is valid only in case you order at least two pieces of one kind of goods. When ordering just one piece, the higher price (the crossed one) is applied
• For delivery we use standard services of Slovak national mail services. However, if you prefer other type of delivery, you can choose it while confirming your order in the shopping basket.
